These Terms of Service govern your use of ftlseawallrepair.com and the services provided by Fort Lauderdale Seawall Repair ("we", "us"). By using the site, calling or texting us, or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

Fort Lauderdale Seawall Repair is an independent business, and all seawall, dock and marine work is performed by the contractor you hire, who contracts with you directly.

2. Contractors

Contractors are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We do not guarantee any contractor's work, prices, schedule, license status or insurance. Before hiring, you should verify the contractor's license at MyFloridaLicense.com or with Broward County, ask for a certificate of insurance, and get a written contract and permits as required. Any quote, contract, warranty or dispute about work is between you and the contractor.

3. Cost

Requesting a quote through us is free and creates no obligation to hire anyone.

4. Information on this site

Information about permits, elevation rules, costs and repairs is general and for education only. It is not engineering, legal or permitting advice, and rules change. Confirm requirements for your property with your city, Broward County and a licensed professional.

5. Calls

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call you about your request.

6. SMS Terms

  • Program name: Fort Lauderdale Seawall Repair Quote Updates.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any work, advice, delay, damage or loss caused by a contractor or arising from your use of the site or service, and our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
